Hola Hola!
Well, I'm settling into our new area! It is so different because there are 4 sisters and 2 elders that work in just this area alone! It's awesome, though, to have 6 missionaries in the same area. We get a lot more done, and can cover more ground. The Lord is truly hastening his work where the people are prepared.
I guess if there is one thing I learned this week, it was the power of enduring, and faith. Its like, no matter how discouraged I get, or how many people we have to contact and have rejected us, we always find a miracle at the end. There is ALWAYS a light, and there is ALWAYS hope! As a missionary the best joy is to teach. And, well, in Preach my Gospel (basically the missionaries guide to being a missionary) it says that the work doesn't start until you get someone to teach. This week, we were running low on the people to teach. So, we walked, we contacted, and we tried to find people who needed, and who wanted to hear our message. We ended up finding people who weren't usually home that we had contacted before, or new people who had heard a little bit of our message. There was LIGHT! In the midst of all of that we ended up getting more references from members, and more member help. I cannot tell you the joy a missionary feels when the members help. Because, well, the truth is we just can't do it without them!
This week we were also able to see Janet! Another investigator who is just absolutely awesome! We felt very strongly that we needed to put a baptismal date for her in this visit, even though we didn't feel personally that she was ready. We didn't know how she would react, but we followed the spirit! During the lesson we taught about the Lord's plan for us. How he wants us to return to Him in the Celestial Kingdom. When we extended the commitment, she accepted! And the member we were with helped out so much! The joy this woman felt was just absolutely beautiful. She wants to be closer to our Heavenly Father, and she feels that the gospel can take her there (right on!). This gospel brings joy, peace and LIGHT into our lives! And it's all because of our Savior Jesus Christ. There is an old video from about a year ago that's called, "Gracias a EL"....I think it's like "Thanks to Him" in English. You can find it on YOUTUBE. It is such a great video! Thanks to our Savior Jesus Christ, we can truly have this peace :)
To answer your questions, We are still waiting to move, but, we are wating on a few things, so we probably won't move until mid February. But, our new apartment is super nice, it has 2 bathrooms which is awesome to help us 4 sister missionaries get ready in the morning. One hour sometimes is just not enough time to let 4 sisters shower, and get ready!
I love you all! Keep strong!

P.S. In the library we have to go to for email, there's no way to send pictures...so unless there is another holiday, and we get to use the church, I can't send pictures :( Sorry!
