HOLA!!!
Well, this week. This week, I learned about Faith :) Faith is wonderful, and when we have absolute and complete faith in the Lord, we see MIRACLES! For example. We are teaching a woman who learns kind of like a child. Simple, principle by principle. Well, in our planning we decided to teach her little by little, and for lesson 3 we just taught faith. She doesn't comprehend or remember everything that we teach her, but I loved watching the spirit teach her in the lesson we had. She just got it this time! And, then at the end, when we asked her to say the prayer she was like, it starts with Heavenly Father? and we were like YES! And she just had a light so bright because she remembered what she had been learning. I learned that if we just have faith that the spirit will help her understand what she needs to know, she will progress. She went to church a few weeks ago, and when we visited her, she was like, I just have never seen a church like it. You are just like angels. I feel so happy! May I just say, "The church is true my friends"
I love watching people grow and learn and see the light. I think it is one of my favorite things here! But, as always for those who are tracking our drought here in Puerto Rico, we will now be without water 2 days and one day with water...its been raining....but, not enough, so until we get like a whole week straight of rain, I am still heating up my water in the morning. Please pray for rain....
This week, we had a super special surprise in church! We had two kids come back to church in a long time. It was wonderful to see how happy they were! Their parents aren't members, but the ward helped us out :) And, the little girl didn't just bring herself...she also carried her bunny with her in her little backpack so he could enjoy the gospel as well. We all just laughed! It was a cute special surprise!
Well, I love you all! Have a wonderful week!
